Depends on the need of the purse however a few things always stand out as musts. First it must have a really good shoulder strap. I prefer the double shoulder strap as opposed to the single strap. It must be made of durable fabric and material.
I am rough on purses so they have to be able to hold up and they have to be stylish. I choose color based on the season and size based on the need. I have kids so I have to be able to haul around their ER supplies, glucometer, Epi-pen, Glucagon, etc, so it has to be able to accommodate all those things plus my wallet.
Those are my criteria. I don’t mind paying a hundred dollars or more on a good quality handbag because I know it is going to last and the style will hang around for a bit.
